These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services offered by bra55, including Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, poker, E-sports, and all other features available on the platform. bra55 is an online betting and entertainment platform operating exclusively for the Brazilian market, with all amounts in BRL.

By completing the registration process and clicking "Create Account", the user confirms having read and accepted these Terms in full, along with bra55's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules. This acceptance is legally binding for all purposes.

Bra55 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or via platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account and use bra55's services, the user must:

Each user may hold only a single active account at bra55. Registration requires full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, mobile number, and password. All information must be accurate and belong exclusively to the account holder.

Creating an account in another person's name, by proxy, or using third-party details — even with their consent — is not allowed. If duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, device, or IP address are found, all accounts involved will be blocked and any pending bonuses will be cancelled.

Live bets are accepted during ongoing sporting events, with odds updated in real time. bra55 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of a match (goals, cards, penalties) to recalibrate odds. Bets placed during these suspension windows will be automatically cancelled and the stake returned to the balance.

If an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on it are automatically voided and the amounts returned to the real balance. If an event begins but is suspended before its natural conclusion, the settlement policy follows the official regulations of the organizing body. Results confirmed by the relevant authority are used to settle bets, even if the game was not played in its entirety.

Cash out lets users close a bet before the final result, receiving a value proportional to the current odds. The cash out amount is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake if the event situation is unfavorable. bra55 may suspend or remove the cash out feature at any time, without prior notice.

Bra55 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on incorrect odds resulting from human or technical error. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the user's balance with no winnings paid. Bets on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement are also considered void.
